Lucky number LLR 0013 is "Fontech". Tom and his 05 vert, "Gator", call Tustin, CA home. Tom said he wanted something retro, "I knew Legend Lime was it." Gator has SLP Axle Back Loudmouths, which are Tom's favorite mod. Gator now has gold metalliac rally stripes from bumper to bumper. At this time, Gator has 11500 miles on it. Tom's 2006 meets have included Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park in April, Mid America in Tulsa, OK in June and the grand one in Las Vegas,NV in September. He also said he loves the way the LL color changes at sunrise and sunset. I would have to agree.
"Being seen with seven other LL Mustangs on the open road," is memorable, Tom added.
Tom has been with us, here at the LLR, almost since day 1. I, for one, am proud to have him with us.......thanks Tom.
Here are some parting comments from Tom.
"Since buying the stang I have meet stangers from car shows, on the road and here at LLR. Everyone has been top notch. Our 1st meet will always be a soft spot for me. Meeting the crew in Vegas, spending almost three days with them was the icing on the cake. Just like the crew all agreed in Vegas, “We have eight Legend Limes, each are the same, but yet different”. I would like to thank Dino Marutsos at K&N Engineering for letting my stang be a mule and receiving a Typhoon CAI. And the last comment, driving with the top down no matter what time of the day or what the temperature is and in the evening with my green neon undercarriage light showing everyone where I have been."
