So who is this Arkansas eBay limer?

alright, so i looked and it appears that this car originated in Florida, then on to Georgia and finally found its way to Arkansas. its on its 3rd owner, soon to be 4th. shame to see this thing orphanized.

It also says fleet or rental vehicle. That showed up on my CarFax also. Anyone looked in the registry for someone from Fla. or Ga....besides me? lol RH
